CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Vance & Hines, a leader in the motorcycle aftermarket industry and recognized for quality performance exhaust systems, is in search of a customer service representative.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for providing quality service to customers that phone-in or email with questions, concerns, issues or other reasons. This position represents the Company and is expected to be courteous, helpful and professional to every customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide quality service to customers that phone-in or email with questions, concerns, issues or other reasons

· Represent the Company by being courteous, helpful and professional to every customer
· Daily communication with all CSR’s concerning emergency expedited orders, new orders and expedited orders
· Proactive monitoring of sales orders from the time the order is placed to the time the order has shipped by communication with and daily attention to the Packing/Shipping Departments
· Taking studious notes when inquiring with another department regarding parts needed to ship a sales order
· Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
· Efficiently and effectively manage time

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· A CSR Level 1 employee will be working towards full knowledge of either the electronics or exhaust areas
· Must have basic computer skills
· Must have the ability to listen to and follow written and verbal instruction
· Must have the ability to communicate effectively with Team Members and Supervisors
· Must have the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
· Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, walk up and down stairs, and move about the facility
