How much experience do you have riding an XR1200?
Not very much, just some testing around town
What do you think of spec racing?
I think its great. That’s part of the reason I bought this bike. Its more of a riders class. And it pays good money for finishing well.
What made you decide to race the Vance & Hines XR1200 Series?
The fact that I can go out and buy a bike and do really good at it. I feel its like super moto. I think the XR1200 series is going to be big and I want to be in it at the start – while its still young.
What do you think of the Vance & Hines XR1200 Series?
I think its great for Pro AMA racing to have something like this. I think its going to bring over a lot of cross over fans. I think its awesome.
What’s your typical pre-race meal?
Whatever the Pegrams are cooking that day. They always have pasta. I’m not big on sauerkraut though…lol…get it?
What is your pre-race OCD behavior?
Left boot on first.
What is one of your best racing memories?
Larry Schwarzbach’s 1992 Mid-Ohio 600 supersport win and Jamie Bowman’s 2000 Loudon 750 supersport win.
What motivated you to get started racing?
Seeing it for the first time Summer 1987, I was racing in August 1987
What would you be doing if you weren’t a professional motorcycle racer?
Probably flying some of you around the country

FZ1, TTR125, XR100′s, RMZ250, YZ 250, 6’8″ HAM longboard (skateboard)
