Came on my ’21 PanAmerica special. It was a Harley owned bike prior to me getting it. This exhaust is a must have. I wouldn’t have bought the bike if it wasn’t for the exhaust.

Bought this exhaust for my 2024 Pan America and I’m in love.
Installed it myself, directions were clear. In my opinion the pipe has the perfect tone.
Volume control is good as well, with part throttle and light to moderate acceleration
it’s mild and when you get on the throttle hard it barks with authority.

I purchased a 2023 Pan America and this exhaust was already installed by the dealer. As others have stated, the fit and finish is very nice. I am using my Pan America as a sport touring bike and this exhaust adds the extra flair that was missing from the stock exhaust. It will work with the HD panniers (sport or aluminum). It also fits nicely with the HD exhaust guard. I added the full HD skid plate and ran into a problem with the bottom Torca clamp bolt touching the skid plate. I will be looking at this closer to see if it just needs to be turned some to make room.
If you are looking at replacing your stock exhaust, this one should be on your short list.

22 pan am. the stock exhaust sucks, its heavy & has no sound! this is way lighter & I can hear it. at 9k this is crazzzy, thank you, thank you.. left the horn on every one laughs their *** off when they hear it but when they hear the exhaust they get real quiet, in awe. thanks bud

I purchased the Adventure Hi-Output 450 in the summer of 2022 right after getting my Pan America. My main concern with replacing the exhaust was that it not be too terribly loud and look nice. My PanAm was purchased mainly to use as a sport touring bike for my wife and I and as such I was worried about a loud exhaust note driving her crazy riding two-up. The V&H caught my attention because it is 50 state compliant and the reviews I read mentioned that it wasn’t obnoxiously aggressive. It has a great sound, the fit and finish is top notch, it added some power in the “You’re going to jail” RPM range and the price is reasonable. Get you one!

This really improved my Pan America. I really like the sound, first time I heard it I knew it was good. Very throaty, especially in the 7-8,000 RPM range.

It’s a great setup in terms of fit and finish. The sound and extra power are fantastic. Fits with my soft saddlebags also. I am most interested in a spark arrestor add on as soon as available to be forest compliant. Great job!
