Straightshots HS Slip-ons; installed on 2013 HD Breakout CVO model 110ci displacement. This is the only modification to the bike. Yes they have a lovely and loud rumble to them, not so loud to deafen you though. For performance, test drove up the street only, applied normal throttle throttle take off and almost lost hold of the grips. These Starightshot are square ended not slash cut, complete with heat shields (HS), are a direct fit slip on mufflers using the existing OEM clamps, and have the Vance & Hines logo stamped at the outlet ends. The metal and chrome are quality, not knock-off clones. No negative issues found with product, and no issues to deal with V&H in the future. Suggest applying anti-sieze compound to hardware on assembly, ie: nuts bolts clamps wherever you can get it into for future disassembly ease.

Much better sound than stock pipes! Deeper rumble. Less vibrations than my 1971 xlh with 2″ straights!!

I love these ; still have factory cross over on factory head-pipes. They are on my wife’s 07 streetbob 96” . I have a 2003 softail standard with hooker two to two headers .
I ride both bikes . The Vance and Hines have the best sound –

Seriously great slip-ons to really open up your Sportster!! I had these on my Sportster 72 and they made a world of difference from the stock HD slip-ons! They have a nice rumble to them and coupled with a Stage 1 setup really lets the bike run like the wind!!
